As an inspector specialising in quality control and construction management, my professional journey has been driven by a passion for ensuring the safety and satisfaction of new build homeowners. With more than a decade of experience in construction and site management, including working with a top new build developer in the UK, as well as my background in inspection for the NHBC, I have developed a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of industry standards.

In 2011 I earned a BsC in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management. This academic background provided me with a strong understanding of construction processes and project management. Building upon this knowledge, I further honed my skills by obtaining an NVQ Level 3 in Site Inspection and becoming a registered member of RPSA. These qualifications have equipped me with the expertise necessary to conduct thorough inspections and provide valuable guidance to homeowners.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work closely with homeowners who are seeking peace of mind when it comes to their new build properties. My goal has always been to alleviate their concerns by ensuring that their homes meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

I formed New Build Quality Snagging (NBQS) in 2024. This new venture sees me conducting meticulous inspections independently, applying my comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices as I strive to give homeowners confidence in their investment.
